We just wanted to let you know that if you have a course scheduled in with us then this is the information you need in relation to the Coronavirus situation.
“Currently. all training is still able to be completed and we have not been told otherwise by the Government at this time. We continue to monitor the updates provided by the government, and anything could change at any given moment. Training isn’t classed as a social gathering due to the low numbers and the essentialness of training to keep people safe at work. However, if anyone does wish to reschedule training, they will not be penalized by any cancellation or rescheduling fees. We fully understand some companies have brought in their own policies on contingency plans, our instructors will follow all procedures and policies when attending any company sites.
In-regards to the instructors themselves, they’re following all the strict rules put in place by the Government. Hygiene protocols are being followed, such as the rigid handwashing procedures, tissues etc. Instructors do not increase the risk of coronavirus in any workplace. All our instructors are aware, that if they present with symptoms or anyone in their household, they will be required to isolate for 14 days.
We ask that anyone who is looking to reschedule, that you inform us as soon as possible so that we may inform the instructors. We will allow the rescheduling of courses as much as needed. For example, if you reschedule a course from March to April, if in April we find that the situation in UK means the training isn’t still possible, you will be allowed to reschedule again.
For all workplaces continuing with training, rest assured, all precautions have been taken by instructors to reduce the risk of any infections as much as anyone currently can do. If anyone has any concerns, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.”
